Part of our preparations for the Tohoku Coast to Coast ride in September is finding companies that would like to sponsor our ride either via direct cash contribution or by supplying us with products for use during the event. Lucky for us we met David Marx of RGT Enterprises. David is the official Japan reseller for Assos, a high end manufacturer of quality cycling gear. David has been kind enough to supply us with Jerseys for the Tohoku Coast to Coast participants, in addition, David has tapped into his extensive contacts in the Japanese cycling industry and netted us a few more product sponsors. The one I’m most excited about is Zeta Trading who will supply us with Bonk Breaker Bars. I’m anxious to try out the bars. The official website says the following about the bars

The bars will come in handy as our Coast to Coast participants climb some of Tohoku’s most beautiful mountains on their way to the coast of Matsushima City. David continues to work tirelessly helping us organize for the Coast to Coast ride and the Tohoku cycling festival.
